Admission to The Mind Chess Academy is subject to the discretion and approval of the management. The full course fee must be settled prior to the commencement of classes. The course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Classes will continue on the next working day in lieu of scheduled holidays. Students missing classes for any reason will not receive additional sessions or compensation. Instead, they are expected to review recordings and online materials before the subsequent classes. If a class begins later than scheduled, the duration will be extended to cover the day’s curriculum. In the event of unavailability of preferred classes, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified once a new batch aligning with their preferred timing commences. There is no prescribed minimum age for admission, and classes may include students from various grades and standards. All photographs and videos captured during classes and tournaments are the intellectual property of The Mind Chess Academy. We reserve the right to share any game played during classes or tournaments.
