Pricing FAQ

Questions about fees

What is your fee structure?

We offer a very competitive pricing model, making it accessible for anyone to enroll in our courses. The complete fee structure is published on our pricing page. There is no registration fee, platform fee or GST, and no hidden charges.

What is the age range for students?

Group classes start at age 5, and one-to-one coaching can start at age 4. We teach children up to 15 years of age.

How do you decide which level is right for my child?

Every child can start with a free demo class, where a coach sees how they play and gives you an honest read on their current level. The coach then recommends the right level on our six-level learning path, from Beginner to FIDE-Rated Preparation. When registering, you can also choose “Not sure — please recommend” and our team will suggest one.

When are classes held?

Group classes meet twice a week, with the Sunday master class and practice tournament on top; your child's batch timing is confirmed when you register. One-to-one coaching offers flexible scheduling across time zones.

What if my child misses a class?

All sessions are recorded, so your child can catch up at their convenience. Missed group classes are not compensated, made up or rescheduled. For one-to-one coaching, a class cancelled with prior notice can be rescheduled with the coach.

Do you offer group and one-on-one classes?

Yes, we offer both group classes and one-on-one coaching to cater to different learning preferences and needs.

Are there any prerequisites for enrolling?

No prerequisites are required; we offer classes for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players.
